CVC Credit prices fourth global new-issue collateralised loan obligation
Bank of America served as lead arranger on the transaction.
CVC Credit’s latest US CLO adds to its 2026 primary issuance run despite the volatile market conditions the manager cited. On 12 August, CVC priced Apidos LVIII, a new $550m collateralised loan obligation, in what it described as its third US new-issue CLO and fourth globally this year.
The deal was arranged by Bank of America. CVC Credit said the vehicle has a five-year reinvestment period and a two-year non-call period, standard CLO mechanics that define how long the manager can trade assets and when refinancing is restricted.
CVC Credit, which manages about $60bn globally, said Apidos LVIII was its fourth new-issue CLO worldwide in 2026. A fourth global new-issue CLO by mid-August points to continued primary-market access for CVC Credit despite the volatile conditions it cited.
