Velliv discloses voting at 1,871 meetings in 1,559 companies

The report says Velliv voted at 1,871 general meetings in 2025.

Velliv’s 2025 active ownership report, published on 19 June, gives only limited hard disclosure on the reach of its stewardship work, setting out voting at 1,871 general meetings in 1,559 companies. The report describes active ownership as part of how Velliv handles sustainability risks and sustainability factors across its investment portfolios.

The published detail is clearer on methods than on reach. Velliv said its active ownership work used dialogue, voting, international standards and guidelines, while its responsible investment policy describes active ownership as voting at general meetings, proactive dialogues on new company initiatives and reactive dialogues.

Climate engagement is one area where the report does give a specific company count.
