Ascot has appointed Joseph Eppers as Group Chief Investment Officer, effective 9 June 2026. He joins from Selective Insurance, where he served as Executive Vice‑President and Chief Investment Officer.
In the role, Eppers will lead Ascot's global investment strategy, oversee its investment portfolio and serve on Ascot's Global Executive Committee. He will report to Mark Wilcox, Ascot Group Chief Financial Officer, and work closely with senior leadership to support the company's long‑term growth and balance‑sheet strength.
Eppers brings more than 25 years of industry experience and, at Selective Insurance, oversaw that firm's investment portfolio and strategy.
