Barings has launched Barings Euro Middle Market CLO 2024-1 DAC, the first European middle market private credit CLO, with a value of €380m. The transaction is backed by a portfolio of European middle market senior secured loans and is described as a diversified EU private credit CLO that is the first of its kind in the market.
