Constellation Re said Fitch assigned its Bermuda reinsurer an A insurer financial strength rating alongside the deal.
Constellation Re announced on 14 October 2026 that Constellation Re Bermuda, Ltd. (CRBL), its Bermuda-domiciled licensed reinsurer, had completed its inaugural reinsurance transaction. The company described the deal as an intercompany transaction.
Constellation Re, which offers M&A and reinsurance solutions, said the transaction involves term life, universal life and disability income products.
