The transfer had already received approval from DNB.

Athora Netherlands today said it had taken over about €3.1bn of Delta Lloyd Pensioenfonds pension liabilities through a collective value transfer to Zwitserleven. The transaction covers around 12,000 participants, including 4,500 pensioners.

DNB had already approved the transfer before the announcement.

Participants will receive their pensions from Zwitserleven with guaranteed annual indexation equal to European inflation, defined as 100% HICPxT. The transferred liabilities are linked to that annual HICPxT uplift rather than fixed nominal benefits. Participants will also receive a one-off 7.0% indexation at the moment of transfer.
